TheStrokingEdge.com Website Member Agreement

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions which apply to your use of TheStrokingEdge.com Website and services offered through the Website. The right to use TheStrokingEdge.com and any other product or service offered through the Website is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity.

Services offered through TheStrokingEdge.com include, but are not limited to, personalized online news, information and Interactive services operated by TheStrokingEdge.com on the World Wide Web of the Internet. ?Member? means each person who registers to use TheStrokingEdge.com.

TheStrokingEdge.com and any services offered within the Website shall be used for lawful purposes only. No material shall be posted on or transmitted which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable.

TheStrokingEdge.com contains copyrighted material, and other proprietary information including, but not limited to, text, photos, video and graphics. No member may modify, publish (unless approved in writing), transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the content of the Service, in whole or in part. Except as otherwise expressly permitted, no copying, redistribution, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material from TheStrokingEdge.com will be permitted without the express-written permission of Donna Dewberry and any other copyright owner. Each member acknowledges that he or she does not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.

Required Information to open a StrokingEdge account includes the customer’s name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. Required information is necessary for us to process transactions, protect you against credit card or bank account fraud and allows us to contact you should the need arise. We will NEVER release an individual's personal information without consent.
